The Austin ISD Board of Trustees is resuming conversations about the superintendent profile and hiring process.

On March 30, trustees voted to extend the contract of Interim Superintendent Matias Segura for a year and pause the superintendent search. Interim Superintendent Segura’s contract is currently set to expire June 30, 2024.
