The AISD community and the public are invited to attend the following celebration ceremonies for four renamed schools:
Anita Coy Facility
The Anita Coy Facility Sign Reveal and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Date/Time: 9-10 a.m., Fri., Aug. 30
There will be a sign reveal and a ribbon cutting.
Lively Middle School
Back to School Night and Naming Ceremony
Date/Time: 5-7 p.m., Tues., Sep. 3
Lively Middle School will celebrate their new name by combining a Back to School Night with a ribbon cutting.
Northeast Early College High School
Northeast ECHS Pep Rally and Name Revealing Ceremony
Date/Time: 3:45 – 5 p.m. Thurs., Sept. 5
There will be a marquee or sign unveiling with student body representative pulling the drape.
Navarro Early College High School
Navarro ECHS Ceremony and Parade
Date/Time: 10 a.m.-1 p.m., Sat., Oct. 5
Navarro ECHS will celebrate their new name by kicking off the event with a school parade followed by a ceremony in the auditorium.
