National Parent Involvement Day is a day to recognize and honor the contributions of parents and families to student success.

The district welcomes all families to join their children at school Nov. 15. Aside from school-specific thank you events, students and their families can share a meal from this year's Thanksgiving lunch menus at school cafeterias. 

Research on family engagement suggests that when schools, families, and communities support each other, students of all backgrounds and abilities achieve at the highest levels.
