NAMI Basics Class is a 6-week education program taught by parents with lived experience. 

For parents and family caregivers of children and teens who are experiencing signs of behavioral or mental health concerns or who have a diagnosis.

You’ll learn the facts about mental health conditions and how best to support your child at home, school and when they’re getting medical care.

All are welcome to attend. Spanish interpretation available.

Childcare will not be provided.

Dates: Oct. 1, 15, 22, 29 and Nov. 5, 12
