Credit by Examination for Acceleration for Austin ISD middle and high school students will be administered this fall on their campuses during the CBE testing window: Oct. 21–Nov. 18.

Austin ISD students in grades 6–12 seeking credit for a course in which they have had no prior instruction may take Credit by Exam for Acceleration with the approval of their campus principal, registrar or counselor. S

tudents must score 80 or above to pass and earn credit.

Students must register through their campus registrar or counselor for the fall administration by Sept. 16.

Registration forms and study guides may be obtained from a campus counselor.

Students must be preregistered and, once registered, must take the exams.
