First- , second- and third-place finalists from the Austin Energy Regional Science Festival are eligible to compete in the Texas Science & Engineering Fair.

This year, AISD has 16 finalists—11 high school students and five middle school students—who are eligible to compete in San Antonio.

The Austin ISD Science Team arranges and pays for all travel for students who elect to participate.

Join us at 9 a.m. April 2 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio to see some of AISD's top science scholars compete in this statewide contest!
