AISD has partnered with TEDxYouth to support the upcoming TEDxYouth@Austin Second Annual Conference. 

TEDxYouth@Austin, an event connected with TED Talks, is a completely student-led event that invites speakers from all over the US to talk about ideas worth spreading. This year’s theme, Re: Solve, focuses on taking action, making changes physically occur, the process of repeating tasks again and again, and the journey of solving problems and overcoming challenges.

Many Austin Area students are working hard to make the event possible and are hoping that you will share this information to your classes, as this event will showcase many inspirational speakers that will share information about breakthroughs in technology, the arts, and entrepreneurship.

The event will be held on Sunday, February 16th at Westlake High School. Students must register through the TEDxYouth@Austin website (http://tedxyouthaustin.com) in order to attend.
