Austin ISD is currently hiring Bus Drivers and Cafeteria Manager Trainees. Join us at our upcoming Job Fair from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Wednesday, November 28 at the Saegert Transportation Terminal, 3300 Jones Rd. Starting salary for Bus Drivers is $13.90 per hour. Starting salary for Cafeteria Manager Trainees is $13.77 per hour.

Minimum qualifications for Bus Drivers include:

• 21 years of age
• No record of DWI or convictions and acceptable driving record according to the Texas Department of Public Safety standards
• Completed online job application (computers available to applicants on-site)
• Candidates also must pass a physical examination, drug test, and criminal background check.

Minimum qualifications for Cafeteria Manager Trainees include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Three (3) or more years of related experience
• Completed online job application (computers available to applicants on-site)
