What: The Citizens' Bond Advisory Committee (CBAC) is charged with developing recommendations on the scope of work for a proposed new district bond program. All meetings are open to the public. If you would like to speak in front of the CBAC during a regular meeting, please refer to the Citizens Communication Guideline.
