LBJ Harvest Fest and Literacy Night
The LBJ family of schools invites the community to our Harvest Fest and Literacy night 5 p.m.–8 p.m. Nov. 15 at LBJ Early College High School.
Please join us as we showcase our LBJ vertical team and enjoy a turkey dinner, student performances, an organizations fair, clothing drive, a book giveaway and holiday dinner giveaway!
#AISDVotes: Watch Election Results on AISD.TV
AISD.TV will be running election results on election night, Nov. 6 for school board elections. Results will be updated as they are made available from the Travis County Clerk's office.
There are five AISD trustee seats up for election. The full board consists of nine members.
Voters will elect single-member seats from geographic regions one, four, six, seven, and a districtwide trustee seat nine. Trustees serve four-year terms.

AVID College Readiness Symposium
Austin ISD's AVID in collaboration with St. Edward's University hosts the second AVID College Readiness Symposium.
AISD high school AVID students and their families will participate in college preparatory breakout sessions.
The event is free and open to Austin ISD's high school AVID students and their families.
We look forward to seeing you 9 a.m.–noon Feb. 2 at St. Edward's University, Ragsdale Center in the Jones Auditorium, 3001 S. Congress Ave.
