School data site Niche released its annual rankings of public high schools this week, ranking the Liberal Arts and Science Academy as the best in Texas. Rankings are based on factors including state test scores, college readiness, graduation rates, SAT/ACT scores, teacher quality, student and parent reviews, and more.
