Students Continue to Exceed State, National Averages on SAT, ACT
Austin ISD student continue to outpace their peers throughout the state on the SAT and ACT exams, according to data released by the College Board today.The district’s average SAT composite score of 1098 exceeded the state and the national averages at 1019 and 1070, respectively. Greater percentages of AISD students also met college-ready benchmarks than did those across the state and nation.

Austin ISD Will Serve Up Good Nutrition for Local Children This Summer
Bringing healthy summer meals to the Austin community ensures kids have a healthy vacation and return to school ready to learn. This summer, Austin ISD will serve anyone 18 years old and younger healthy meals at more than 50 campuses at no cost through the Summer Food Service Program.
