Austin ISD will be closed for the winter break Wednesday, Dec. 20, through Monday, Jan. 1.All AISD offices and schools will be closed during this period.Regular business hours resume Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2018, for staff. Children need nutritious meals to learn, grow and thrive—even when school is out. Through the Summer Food Service Program, Austin ISD will continue to serve free breakfast and lunch to local children and teens 18 and younger, regardless of economic status and whether or not the child attends AISD.
