AISD Receives $4.48 Million Grant For On-Campus Mental Health Centers
The Criminal Justice Division of the Office of the Governor has awarded Austin Independent School District a grant of almost $4.5 million. These funds will provide mental health services to elementary children and their families who are victims of crime.AISD is the first school district in Texas to receive funding from this source.

Austin ISD Federal Funding Update (En Español)
Dear Austin ISD Family, Earlier this month, we shared that more than $9 million in federal education grants were under extended review by the federal government. These funds, which support critical programming and staff positions across our district, were not released as expected on July 1, creating significant uncertainty for our community.
Transition Planning: Elementary through High School
Texas Parent to Parent (TXP2P) will be presenting to families from elementary through 18+ to talk about the transition planning process and transition supports.
