International High School Students Selected for UT Engineering Summer Program
Five students from International High School have been selected as participants in the Texas Advanced Computer Center program for summer 2018. Gabriela Galindo, Ahmed Muslim, Abraham Debasu, Yohany Cordova and Thierry Murwanashyaka applied for the summer engineering courses earlier the spring semester. AISD Cancels All Athletic Events; After-school Activities After 6:30 p.m. Today
AUSTIN, Texas--Austin ISD has canceled all athletic events today, March 3, as well as after-school activities after 6:30 p.m. today due to expected freezing temperatures and the potential for rain this evening. Activities that are canceled this evening include softball and soccer games.
Child Care Program
The child care programs provide full day care for infants and toddlers of AISD staff and families at many campuses. The programs prioritize AISD staff for enrollment and when space is available the care is offered to other families in the community. AISD Delays Classes, Start Times Feb. 11 Due to Weather
AUSTIN, Texas--Austin ISD would like to inform its communities that all classes for Tuesday, Feb. 11 have been delayed due to weather and road conditions.Classes and district office hours for all AISD campuses will operate on a two-hour delay.
