AUSTIN, Texas--This week, W. Charles Akins H.S. T-STEM Academy's TALON Racing, in conjunction with Axium Racing from Granbury High School, will compete as one team, Lone Star Racing, at the SAE/Formula One F1 in Schools Technology Challenge World Finals 2013.

Internet Connectivity
Wireless Access for Austin ISD students and staff All Staff and students must connect to the “education” wireless network. District owned devices will not be permitted to connect to the AISD-GUEST network. If this is attempted, the new system will direct the user to join the “education” network. AISD credentials cannot be used for registration on the guest network.
Klein Family Provides $50,000 Donation for AISD Flood Victims

AISD Offers Online Registration and Enrollment for High School Students
Parents of AISD high school students now have the option to register their children for school online—when and where it is convenient for them.
