AISD Rolls Out BOLT, New Business System
Today, AISD rolls out Business Operations for Learning and Teaching—BOLT. The district's new finance and human capital system will streamline payroll, benefits and time and attendance applications. Austin ISD SAT Scores Exceed State, National Averages
Austin ISD's average SAT composite score once again exceeded the state and the national averages. The district has beat the state and national averages on both the SAT and ACT since 2013. "Our students are making great academic strides and making a great name for our district," AISD Superintendent Paul Cruz said.
Austin Family Support Co-op Meeting
The Austin Family Support Cooperative will host its next meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rosedale School, 2117 W. 49th St. The Family Support Cooperative is a partnership between AISD, Austin Travis County Integral Care and the Arc of the Capital Area created to inform and support families of children with disabilities.

Walk for the Water is the fourth step in A Legacy of Giving’s youth philanthropy program. LASA graduate Alex Mancevski donated $2,000 of his Gloria Barron Prize for Young Heroes winnings to the Austin Science Education Foundation.
