Reminder: AISD Closed Nov. 25-29 for Thanksgiving Holiday
Austin ISD will be closed for one week, Nov. 25-29, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. All AISD offices and schools will be closed during this period. The district will resume regular business hours Monday, Dec. 2. For more information about upcoming AISD holidays and events, please visit the district's calendar at www.austinisd.org/calendar.
Temporary Location for AISD Board of Trustees Regular Voting Meeting
The Jan. 27 public hearing and regular voting meeting of the Austin ISD Board of Trustees will be at 7 p.m. in the Black Box Theater at the AISD Performing Arts Center, 1500 Barbara Jordan Blvd. Portions of AISD's new headquarters near Interstate 35 and East Ben White Boulevard remain under construction, including the new board room.
