Reminder: AISD Adopts Summer Efficiency Schedule for Six Weeks to Save Energy
Austin, Texas—The Austin Independent School District will adopt a summer efficiency schedule for six weeks to reduce energy costs from June 23 through Aug. 8. The district’s average savings from the summer efficiency program is about $486,000.All schools and offices will adopt a four-day week during this time.
