LBJ ECHS announces the opening of the newly remodeled LBJ ECHS tennis court.

What: LBJ Early College High School celebrates newly remodeled tennis courts with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. 

When: 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25

Where: LBJ ECHS Tennis Courts, 7309 Lazy Creek Dr.

Constructed during the Spring and Fall of 2019, the eight-court, outdoor tennis court is located next to the athletic gym and sports fields on campus. LBJ ECHS tennis team won the 2018 State Tennis Champion, 2019 State Tennis Qualifier and return key player who could compete for another State Tennis title in 2020.

The remodeling of the tennis court is a proud moment for LBJ ECHS, the tennis team and the community. The overall design and layout of the new tennis court is a breath of fresh air for our campus and a symbol for more to come as LBJ ECHS prepares for the first phase of additional renovations throughout the school.
