The Austin All-Star Marching Band Caravan and University and College Tour is ending its nine-day tour of Southwest U.S. colleges and universities. The nearly 200 Central Texas Band and Fine Arts students toured universities and colleges in Texas, New Mexico, California, Nevada and Arizona, as well as visited cultural and educational sites, and held performances. Students are expected to arrive back at Reagan High School, located at 7104 Berkman Drive, at 6 p.m. today, Monday, June 27. The students performed at the Grand Canyon, and the trip also gave students the opportunity to interact with college students, educators, and professional musicians, as well as with former Texans. For example, alumni of Austin's old Anderson High School hosted a student event in Los Angeles.
