Dr. Paul Cruz, Superintendent at Austin Independent School District was the keynote speaker at the Young Hispanic Professional Association of Austin and HABLA's "Shaping the Community" event. His vision is clear: Making sure every AISD student has the resources to be successful in order to be a future leader in their community. Dr. Cruz explained that local Latino leaders and organizations such as YHPAA and HABLA are helping to pave that path for Latino youth.
