AISD Wellness is offering all employees the opportunity to participate in a 0 to 5k training program. The cost is $20. Classes meet twice per week for six weeks, and runners of all fitness levels are welcome.

Participants will train with a goal of completing the Oct. 26 RUN FOR THE WATER 5k. Classes are offered at area YMCA locations and include a training schedule, activity tracker and goal sheet. AISD employees receive a special discount for the RUN FOR THE WATER 5k; email Ian Kahn for the discount code.
