Austin ISD and Austin Voices for Education and Youth are holding community meetings this fall to gather input about possible uses of the currently vacant Allan Elementary School facility.

The meetings are scheduled as follows:

• Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
  Govalle Elementary School, 3601 Govalle Ave.
  
  
• Saturday, Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. to noon
  Ortega Elementary School, 1135 Garland Ave.

Parents and community members in the current Govalle and Ortega elementary school attendance zones as well any other interested stakeholders are invited to attend the meetings or submit their input regarding the facility online at www.austinisd.org/community/allan/input.
