Central Austin's Ridgetop Elementary School offers a strong academic program in a small school setting. The school's Spanish dual language program draws families from throughout the district. Along with Dual Language, Ridgetop supports students through social and emotional learning (SEL) and the Creative Learning Initiative. Ridgetop is a recognized habitat through the World Wildlife Federation, with a pond, bird sanctuaries, butterfly gardens, and multiple outdoor learning spaces. Strong family and community engagement and support enhances the quality of education at Ridgetop where all Rattlers grow to become biliterate, bilingual, and multicultural, socially responsible members of our community.
