Overview

Bowie High School, located on 60 acres in Southwest Austin, is the largest comprehensive high school in the district, with more than 200 faculty and staff members in 160 classrooms and labs. The school?s size and range of offerings gives students numerous options for involvement in academic and extracurricular activities.
 Bowie offers college preparatory classes, Advanced Placement coursework, foreign languages, fine arts,
Air Force JROTC, athletics, and career and technical education programs including culinary arts, health science, agricultural science, and computer technology.
