Welcome!

In 1980, the first PALS (Peer Assistance Leadership & Service) program began at Crockett High School. Today, there are more than 1000 trained PALS in Austin ISD elementary, middle and high schools.

The Austin ISD PALS program enables young people to use their potential to make a difference in their lives and the lives of others. Serving as student mentors to younger peers, PALS build tolerance and community-mindedness in their schools and communities. Learn More
