Community Sponsor—$1,000
- Recognition on all event collateral (print, invitations, posters, press release, web, etc.)
- Booth space at the event
- Recognition as Community Sponsor on collateral in backpack
- Recognition as a Community Sponsor for the event on social media platforms
Partner Sponsor—$5,000
All of the above plus:
- Featured recognition as a Partner Sponsor on social media platforms the day of event
- Special recognition and opportunity to be featured on AISD’s two educational programs; (Breaking Down the Barriers (English) and Educa Austin (Spanish)
- Preferred booth placement at the event
- Prominent recognition as Partner Sponsor on collateral in the backpack
- Opportunity to include a branded item or school supplies in backpacks. Must provide a minimum of 4,500 items. (Note: corporate branded material cannot promote the selling of any products or services).
Leader Sponsor—$10,000
All of the above plus:
- Recognition with logo* featured as a Leader Sponsor on all event collateral
- Special recognition and opportunity to be interviewed on AISD’s two radio programs (Breaking Down the Barriers and Educa Austin)
- Special recognition on AISD.TV (district’s education channel)
- Live mentions at the venue on the day of the event
- Prominent booth placement at the event
Ambassador Sponsor—$25,000+
All of the above plus:
- Only one company from each industry will be featured as an Ambassador Sponsor
- Special recognition and opportunity to be interviewed at the “backpack stuffing” event
- Special recognition and opportunity to speak at “backpack stuffing” event
- Special recognition and opportunity to participate in Bash press conference
All proceeds will be designated for the Austin Ed Fund’s Student Opportunity Fund supporting economically disadvantaged and first-generation AISD students.
Deadline to submit sponsorship commitment is Friday, June 28. After that, there is no guarantee name will appear in collateral.
