Laptop Return Information

The Technology Department is relocating to the Covington and Garcia campuses beginning mid-June.

For Departing Staff: Please note the RETURN PROCESS BELOW:
To ensure that staff do not get charged for a non-returned bond laptop, we are requiring that all bond laptops be returned to the Technology Department prior to June 6, 2017 to:

NOTE: Campus techs will not return laptops for staff.

SUMMER WORK EXCEPTIONS must email with the following information:

NOTE: Please go to the Entrance by Lochinvar Street (Eastside of the campus)

Bond laptops should not be returned to your campus administrator or campus front office.

Please follow these instructions:

  1. Collect the assigned equipment including the peripherals (power supply, dongle, external drive, etc.).
  2. Enter a HEAT Ticket to schedule a drop-off at Skyline by calling 414-8324 or go to http://help/ (while online within the district).
  3. Technology Standards and Compliance will update the fixed asset inventory to clear your responsibility for the asset. You will receive a copy of the return receipt for the laptop when you arrive.

For New Staff: All staff being processed by HR this summer will receive their laptop assignments at training sessions that will be scheduled at new hire sessions.
