Students from Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders Interview Chelsea Clinton about her new book, ‘It’s Your World”

Yesterday, young ladies from the Ann Richard’s School for Young Women Leaders welcomed Chelsea Clinton to their school.

While touring for her new book, “It’s Your World,” Clinton made a stop in Austin to visit the school and BookPeople.

The book focuses on the troubles facing the world today and what women can do to make a difference in that world.

At her presentation for the students, Clinton used real-world examples of how young people are choosing causes and finding ways to help those causes.

Two students then interviewed Clinton, asking questions compiled by students.

When asked how she felt about moving to Washington, D.C., when her father, Former President Bill Clinton was voted into office, she said she probably worried about he same things the students themselves would have been concerned about: Will I make new friends?

Clinton expressed that becoming a mother made her more aware of her priorities.

Today, she is vice chairwoman of the Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation, where she helps lead the work of the foundation across its various initiatives. The foundation focuses on health, women and girls and creating service opportunities, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
