We offer several ways for our community to receive technical support:

    Phone support is available from 7AM to 5PM.
  2. By email: ServiceNowTech@austinisd.org
  3. By submitting a parent support form. The form is received by our Help Desk. It will be assigned to one of our specialists who will contact you.


  1. Take your assigned device to your campus location to receive technical support during regular school hours. No at-home support will be provided at anytime.
  2. Call: 512-414-4357
    Phone support is available between the hours of 6:30AM and 5:00PM. Beyond the hours of technical support, an automated phone system will create a voice ticket.
  3. By submitting a student support form.

Note: prior to submitting a Help Desk ticket or taking the assigned device to the campus technical support location, it is the student’s responsibility to back up any data, information or other files stored on the assigned device to a student storage area or other external device.
