Blazier Elementary School  has been without power since the start of the school day and will remain without power, based on the latest information provided by the City of Austin. Should parents want to pick up their child, they are welcome to do so. All students are safe, well cared for and engaged and the principal and staff members will remain with students for the entire school day.

Busses will run for students who normally ride school buses home. Parents of students who do not regularly ride the bus home may pick up their student now or at the regular dismissal time at 2:45 p.m.

All after school programs and tutoring have been canceled today.
