AISD Human Capital Services consists of two departments—which operate under one human capital roof to provide prospective and current employees with the support, tools and services necessary to be effective in their current role and advance in their career path:
- HUMAN RESOURCES—recruits, selects and deploys employees.
- EDUCATOR QUALITY—supports educators through induction protocols, provides professional development and helps to build a strong internal pipeline of talent through leadership development and strategic compensation.
