The Campus Parent Ambassador Program is a special education parent engagement initiative that identifies campus parent leaders who are knowledgeable about resources available to families with special needs.
This ambassador assists families by educating them on the various programs, services, supports, and information systems found within AISD and the greater Austin community that focus on families and special needs.
Ambassadors also host parent coffees that feature specialists presenting on topics relevant to special needs families.
