Austin ISD/Texas State University Cohort

As part of the Austin ISD Strategic Plan and Superintendent’s Initiatives, the leadership pipeline has been identified as a priority for the district. We must redesign our recruitment, selection and development to guarantee we have a pipeline of candidates that possess the knowledge, skills and experience necessary to ensure a high level of readiness to assume an urban school principalship.
