This report is one of several that examines the data to investigate equity in AISD. It describes the performance gaps between and among student groups district-wide for reading, math, writing, disciplinary removals/placements, and graduation rates.
Graduates from AISD in the Classes of 2011 through 2014 were increasingly more likely than their peers statewide to have been college ready in English language arts, math, and both subjects. Economically disadvantaged, African American, and Hispanic students closed gaps against their peers, and White students continued to outperform their peers statewide.
This report describes characteristics of students from the Class of 2014 who graduated on time, dropped out, or continued in high school. We present demographic information and data for dropout risk factors identified in previous research.
These reports summarize results of the Spring 2007 AISD high school students' exit survey, with comparative results from previous years.
