Question: How Many AISD Students Who Took TAKS 2007 Reading/English Language Arts and Mathematics Performed in Different Scale Score Ranges?
This report summarizes AISD's 2007 student academic assessment results in TAKS reading/English language arts and mathematics to determine how many students performed in the following scale score ranges: less than 2000, between 2000 and 2099, between 2100 and 2199, and greater than or equal to 2200. Students must make a 2100 scale score in order to pass the TAKS (‘met standard ’).

Question: How Did Currently Enrolled AISD Students Who Took NCLB School Choice Transfer Option Perform on TAKS Reading/English Language Arts and Mathematics?
This report summarizes an analysis of Fall 2007 AISD students who took the NCLB school choice option in the past four years and how these students performed on TAKS reading/English language arts and mathematics in the year prior to and after they took the school choice option.

TAKS data in reading/English language arts and mathematics from 2006 and 2007 for currently enrolled AISD students (Fall 2007) were examined to find out how many students failed both tests, passed both tests, or failed one but not the other, for two consecutive years.
