In the 2013–2014 school year, the High-Dosage Tutoring (HDT) Program served approximately 1,698 students at nine AISD schools. This report summarizes the third year of implementation and outcomes.
Every year, the Austin Independent School District administers the Student Substance Use and Safety Survey to a random, representative sample of middle and high school students. The survey tracks student knowledge, attitudes, and behavior over time.
The purpose of this survey is to monitor Austin ISD seniors’ perceptions of their high school experience. Results are used to improve campus environments and program supports for students.
