AISD Central Office Work Environment Survey 2012 through 2016
Since 2005, the AISD Central Office Work Environment Survey has been conducted to gather information about working conditions. The following report presents the survey results for Spring 2012 through Spring 2016 for AISD central office employees.

Analysis of Performance Gaps in Austin Independent School District: 2012-2013 Through 2014-2015
This report is one of several that examines the data to investigate equity in AISD. It describes the performance gaps between and among student groups district-wide for reading, math, writing, disciplinary removals/placements, and graduation rates.

Ready for College Update
This report provides an overview of the district’s college readiness outcomes and changes in the methods for determining students’ college readiness.

Overview of Enrollment Findings Spring 2016
During Fall 2015, the Austin Independent School District’s (AISD) Department of Research and Evaluation (DRE) supported the work of the Enrollment Innovation Design Team with several reports identifying leaver patterns and reasons. That work is summarized in this document. In Fall 2016, DRE will conduct an environmental scan of campuses with increasing enrollment and will investigate predictors of increasing or decreasing enrollment.

TELL AISD Teaching and Learning Conditions Survey: Results for 2011 through 2016
The Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning (TELL) AISD Survey gathers information about school conditions from the educators working in schools. TELL obtains perceptions on a variety of issues related to student achievement and staff retention. In 2016, 5,309 AISD teachers (91%) and 3,092 other campus employees completed the survey.
College Readiness in Austin Independent School District and Texas
Graduates from AISD in the Classes of 2011 through 2014 were increasingly more likely than their peers statewide to have been college ready in English language arts, math, and both subjects. Economically disadvantaged, African American, and Hispanic students closed gaps against their peers, and White students continued to outperform their peers statewide.

Professional Development Activities Needs Assessment 2015-2016
AISD teacher appraisal results from 2014-2015 were used to identify areas of need for professional development in 2015–2016. Results from the Professional Development and Appraisal System and Professional Pathways for Teachers (PPfT) were included.
