Maps of Pearce and Garcia Middle School Attendance Zones Fall 2012 Telephone Survey
These maps were developed to supplement findings from the Fall 2012 Pearce and Garcia Middle Schools phone survey. The maps show the distribution and density of student households in the two attendance zones, the distribution of responses to the survey questions, as well as the proportion of ethnicities in the surveyed area.
2011-2012 Substance Use and Safety Survey Results
The Student Substance Use and Safety Survey, administered annually to a random, representative sample of AISD students, provides self-report data on student knowledge, attitudes, and behavior related to substance use and school safety issues.

Class of 2012 High School Exit Survey
The purpose of this survey is to monitor high school students’ perceptions of their high school experience. Results are used to improve the campus environment and program supports for students.

2011-2012 AISD Parent Survey Reports
These reports summarize 2011-2012 parent survey results at the campus and district level. The survey was available on the internet and by automated phone call from February through April 2012.

Central Office Climate Survey 2011-2012
This survey measures central office employees' satisfaction with professional development, leadership, facilities and resources, and various other areas of the work environment. The following report presents results disaggregated by job category.

ACCESS Early Childhood Questionnaire Results, 2011-2012
In November 2011, ACCESS staff distributed a questionnaire about early childhood education services participation to all Austin Independent School District’s parents/guardians of kindergarten and prekindergarten students through their classroom teacher. This report was funded through the ACCESS grant as an adhoc request and provides a district summary of the data.

2011-2012 Student Climate Survey
The student climate survey provides campuses with the opportunity to monitor students’ opinions regarding topics such as behavioral environment, adult fairness & respect, student academic self-confidence, teacher expectations, and student engagement.

AISD Staff Survey Results About Professional Development Needs, 2011-2012
Based on spring 2012 survey results, teachers' most commonly mentioned professional development need was using technology in instruction, while campus administrators' most commonly mentioned topic was academic rigor.

2012 TELL AISD Teaching and Learning Conditions Survey
Since 2004, AISD has conducted an annual survey to monitor campus staff’s perceptions of their school environment.The survey measures elements of teaching and learning conditions most critical to school success.

New Teacher Induction Program (TIP) Training Survey Summary, August 2011
Most teachers attending the August 2011 new teacher training responded positively to survey questions about their district and campus orientation activities. Teachers also suggested topics for future training sessions.
