	ISD Board of Trustees appoints citizens to the FABPAC to evaluate capital 
	improvement needs of the district and to provide recommendations to the bo
	ard on long-range facilities planning\, on amendments to the Facility Mast
	er Plan and on the scope of work and timing of future bond programs.All re
	gular meetings of AISD advisory bodies are open to the public. To speak be
	fore a district advisory body during a regular meeting\, please consult th
	e Citizens Communications and Visitor Guidelines\, which can be found
	 on the AISD website under Advisory Bodies. Citizens Communication is limi
	ted to 10 minutes.
