	pril 29. Graduating seniors from every high school in AISD will proclaim t
	heir plans to pursue higher education by attending a college or a universi
	ty\, or receiving their professional credentials or certificates.  &n
	bsp;Inspired by the NCAA’s National Signing Day\, Central Texas is holdi
	ng College Signing Day to showcase that excellence in the classroom should
	 be given as much significance as achievement in athletics.Central Texas h
	as more than 136\,000 students enrolled in colleges and universities. In r
	ecognition and celebration of high school seniors for their post-secondary
	 plans\, the second annual College Signing Day will bring together more th
	an 1\,000 students from across 13 school districts in our region.The commu
	nity is encouraged to join this celebration from 9:15–11:30 a.m. April 2
	9 at UT's Gregory Gym\, 2101 Speedway. AISD staff are encouraged to wear t
