Oct 15th Deadline to Join PTSA to be eligible for AHS PTSA Scholarship
Oct. 15 is the last day for Seniors and at least 1 parent/guardian to join PTSA for Seniors to be eligible for the 2009-10 PTSA scholarships. Student membership is $5; parents and teachers is $10. For a downloadable form to join PTSA, go to

Each spring, the Anderson PTSA awards $500 scholarships to three seniors who, after graduating this year, will attend a university, college, junior college, community college, county college, or vocational school. Scholarship awards are based on need, citizenship, involvement in extra-curricular, community, or employment activities and good academic record. Applications will be available in the counselor’s office later in the year.
