Mission Statement

The mission of Blackshear Elementary School is to foster an environment where all stakeholders come together to provide a healthy, safe environment, conducive to positive learning experiences for parents, teachers, and most of all children, and to provide instruction in a setting in which every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
