Web pages may be created in any HTML editor available.  However, any HTML development software is acceptable as long as files are delivered in standard HTML, .gif., and .jpg formats.  Any special upload requests will be handled through the Web Manager.

School/Department Planning

In the development of your Internet web pages, prior planning will simplify and speed up the overall process.  Establishing your site on paper first will help prevent problems which could possible occur later.  When developing your schools or departments Internet web pages, your development team must determine your target audience(s) for your site, such as parents, staff, alumni, PTA associations, etc.

AISD Department Web Pages

The Web Team maintains the web pages for all departments that have content liaisons for the main AISD website. If your department has a content liaison, you must send all changes to them, and they will submit a request to us via email or phone. Only those designated individuals can submit a request. This is necessary to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the material. It also provides a single point of contact for each department.
