2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Construct additional parking spaces in selected areas and repair, reseal and restripe west parking lot and fire lane
• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Repair/replace exterior doors, frames and hardware
• Construct canopies over 100- and 500-wing entries
• Repair/replace approximately 20,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Refurbish/replace casework, cabinetry and countertops in 100- and 500-classroom wings
• Replace clock system
• Repair/replace rusted metal doorframes at 100-wing classroom restrooms
• Replace floor covering in administration area and at ramp in 100-wing
• Repair/refurbish student and faculty restrooms
• Replace sanitary sewer lines in area of east parking lot
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements

Install traffic gates.	Complete.	Within budget.*	Part of districtwide safety and security group of projects.
Construct additional parking spaces in selected areas and repair, reseal and restripe west parking lot and fire lane, construct detention/retention capacity, remove excess impervious cover, construct canopies over 100- and 200-wing entries, repair and replace approximately 20,000 square feet of built up roofing, repair/replace rusted metal doorframes at 100-wing classroom restrooms, replace floor covering in select areas, replace sanitary sewer lines in area of east parking lot, install playslab cover, install additional exterior security lighting, install safety and security enhancements.	Complete.	Over budget. Additional tasks, such as the construction of additional detention/retention capacity and the removal of excess impervious cover added to costs.*		This project will involve enhancing the existing water retention and detention capacity.
Site work for renovations.	Complete.	Over budget.*	This project includes moving portables into their ultimate locations along the new fire lane. Initial phase of main project.	Increase in detention and retention pond capacity.
Install playslab cover.	Complete.	Under budget.*	Grouped with two other schools.
Replace dishwasher.	Bid phase.*	Within budget.*	Grouped with 13 other schools.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
