• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Improve storm/site drainage around building perimeter
• Construct retaining wall at north end of site

• Construct concrete floor in portion of under-floor crawl space for outdoor storage
• Replace glass block upper walls at 200-classroom wing
• Repair/replace exterior doors, frames and hardware
• Repair/replace approximately 26,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Replace deteriorated windows in 100 and 200-classroom wings, administration area and along main corridors
• Refurbish/replace acoustical tile ceilings at 100 and 200-classroom wings
