2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Pave parking lot near kitchen
• Install additional exterior security lighting
• Resurface playslab
• Reconstruct steps and retaining wall at library
• Repair/replace approximately 10,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Renovate restroom 105D
• Repair damaged plaster walls in various locations
• Refurbish cabinet doors in classrooms
• Replace ceiling in main corridor and replace damaged ceiling in administration corridor area
• Refurbish ceiling in gym
• Replace clock system
• Replace floor covering in library
• Replace ventilation system equipment serving administration area
• Add sink with plaster trap in art room
• Replace grease trap serving kitchen
• Replace water and sanitary sewer lines in under-floor crawl space
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements

2008 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Technology upgrades
• Cafeteria and kitchen improvements
• Replace dishwasher

Phases

Current Schedule Budget General Environmental
Partial roof replacement and repair, refurbishing classroom cabinet doors, installing new and repairing existing corridor ceilings, repairing classroom plaster walls, Repairing deteriorated exterior library steps, paving current gravel back parking lot, installing additional exterior security lighting, replacing the schools grease trap, replacing deteriorated water and sanitary sewer lines in the school’s crawl space, replacing an administration area air conditioning clock system. Complete. Within budget.* Paired with Brentwood Elementary School project. Existing on-site detention will be utilized to allow engineered release of storm water into larger area drainage system. ventilation replacement units will be high efficiency equipment and will be commissioned to ensure proper operation and efficiency. Also, water saving plumbing fixtures will lower water usage.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
