2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Improve site drainage on southwest side of campus

Improve site drainage on southwest side of campus including installation of additional area drains; reglaze windows, doors and door sidelights with clear glass at various locations; replace worn floor coverings in library; replace heating, ventilation and air conditioning system boilers and seven pumps; replace classroom heating, ventilation and air conditioning heat pump units.	Construction phase.	Within budget.*	Work to be completed summer 2009.	Implementation will include energy efficient equipment and commissioning.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
