2004 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Improve storm/site drainage at building perimeter
• Construct canopy between kitchen and exterior freezer/cooler
• Replace deteriorated exterior door hardware
• Repair/replace approximately 57,000 square feet of built-up roofing
• Extend mechanical room walls to under side of roof deck
• Replace selected ventilation system controls and equipment
• Repair/replace deteriorated restroom exhaust fans
• Install new ventilation system equipment for administration area
• Install emergency egress lighting
• Install additional electrical outlets in library
• Construct art room and kiln room
• Install playslab cover
• Install safety and security enhancements

2008 Bond Program Scope of Work

• Technology upgrades
• Replace selected heating, ventilation and air conditioning system equipment in cafeteria, gymnasium and administration area of annex

Regrade portions of the site to improve drainage away from building.	Complete.	Under budget. Partially funded with 2002 Bond Program funds.*	Project moved forward to take advantage of 2002 bond contractor already on site. Grouped with five other schools.
Kitchen hood fire suppression replacement.	Complete.	Under budget.*
57,000 square feet of built-up roofing and upgrade insulation. install new ventilation system equipment, replace door hardware, install playslab cover, construct canopy, extend mechanical room walls, upgrade electrical outlets in library, construct art room and kiln room, safety and security enhancements.	Complete.	Over budget.*	Additional project scope to include two air conditioning and heating units to serve the gym and cafeteria and refurbishing the four existing main building units. New fire hydrant and water main line are required.	New roof system will provide increase thermal efficiency and solar reflectivity, sustainable components for art room, energy utilization improvements.

*Budget for the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs are reported as both individual project budgets and overall program budget. While specific projects may be over or under budget, the 2004 and 2008 Bond Programs remain well within the total program budget.
